Job Description


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has the option for remote employment.

Account Planning and Management

  • Achieve annual sales objectives by managing and executing budget plans.
  • Develop comprehensive annual account plan and seasonal promotional calendars to achieve financial targets.
  • Maintain retailer relationships by meeting with key retailer stakeholders consistently to discuss and align on all aspects of sell-in.
  • Review launch strategies with retailers and communicate execution plans to the Field Sales team to optimize results.
  • Forecast product needs and newness by month along with Dior forecasting, marketing and retailer teams.
  • Set up new product in Ulta PIM System to create Ulta sku for ordering and sales
  • Dior Product Image and copy maintenance for Ulta.com with E-Retail Team
  • Work with Visual Merchandising team to ensure all planned visual elements are created and executed on time.
  • Create and maintain an animation and launch calendar with tracking
  • Respond to market trends by analyzing competitor activities within Ulta Beauty and reading trade publications.
  • Maintain Key Account Management File with weekly sales plan and side by side updates.

Sales and Order Management

  • Weekly Sales Summary and Analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning to determine the retail and non-retail allocations by door.
  • Order management of retail and POSM daily
  • Review allocations with Buyers and agree on the sales plan before Purchase Orders are issued.
  • Collaborate with Dior Marketing and Sales Promotion teams to develop and execute product launches from beginning to end.
  • Maintain close contact with Ulta Planners to track product flows, retailer shipments and returns.
  • Track DIOR daily shipments by status, cut reports and open allocations for retailer
  • Collaborate with field to ensure that account plans are inclusive of field feedback and are successfully executed in the field.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, and finance preferably in the retail and/or luxury industry
  • Experience developing account plans and strategies, planning and execution of retail events and programs to drive sell-through and sell-in
  • Strong understanding of operating practices of key retailers
  • Knowledge of and passion for Dior brand required
  • Travel required per business needs (New York corporate office and other locations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Cognos experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Demonstrates Learning Agility: able to anticipate change, draw conclusions, and swiftly mobilize to adapt to changing needs and demands
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $83k - 112k.
